About Me
If anxiety, food, or your body is taking up too much mental space, therapy can help you get your life back. My goal is to provide a space of compassion and support that helps you understand yourself and feel at ease in your mind and body.
I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) via Telehealth.
I have experience with a wide range of mental health areas, including anxiety, binge eating, emotional eating, body image distress, body dysmorphic disorder, trauma, and life transitions.
I enjoy tailoring therapy to each individual, thus I incorporate several modalities. Treatment modalities include internal family systems (IFS), psychodynamic, compassion-focused, CBT, and ACT. I have specialized training in internal family systems (level 1).
I earned my Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Bethel University in 2017. I earned my doctorate degree (PsyD) in counseling psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in September 2022. I am a Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota.
I can see residents in 43 US states through telehealth via PsyPact.
